Job description

THE EMPLOYER IS: TRIBE DIGITAL LTD. As a Junior Coach, you will assist our senior coaching team to deliver exceptional group training sessions. In this role, you will learn how to confidently coach individuals and small groups, providing effective feedback and adapting to different learning styles. You will build and develop relationships with members and learn how to foster a positive and inclusive training environment. You will work alongside our experienced coaching team to deliver high-quality training sessions and help every member get the most out of their time in the gym. You will receive ongoing mentorship and education.

Responsibilities

• Support lead coaches deliver small group PT sessions.
• Set up, demonstrate and coach correct exercise technique safely and effectively.
• Assist with gym maintenance, cleanliness and equipment set-up.
• Participate in on-going staff training.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Knowledge of basic training principles.
• Must be able to work in a team.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in boxing, MMA or combat sports.
• The ability to speak in a small group.
