Bryson Recycling is now recruiting skilled HGV Class 2 Drivers to lead the way as we bring in our new Driver plus 2 model.

Responsibilities

• Drive with Purpose: Operate our specialist Class 2 vehicles, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient transport of recyclable materials.
• Lead the Crew: Take charge of a Driver plus 2 team, supporting smooth and efficient daily collection routes.
• Maintain Standards: Carry out daily vehicle checks, keep your vehicle clean and presentable, and ensure materials meet our quality expectations.
• Operational Support: Carry out occasional loading duties in line with operational needs.
• Team Player: Supervise the Kerbside Loader, addressing any operational issues and escalating them to the Team Manager when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Class C Driving Licence (HGV)
• Valid Driver CPC.
