THE EMPLOYER IS: MONTGOMERY DISTRIBUTION LTD Montgomery Distribution are seeking an Office Administrator / Customer Services Administrator to join the team at their site based in Newtownabbey. Operate as a point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as a point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Develop a trusted relationship with key customers.
  • Make decisions independently, otherwise communicate with the team.
  • Ability to prioritise workload.
  • Handling customer queries and complaints.
  • Use of internal IT systems as well as partner and network portals.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good I.T. skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Able to work alone using own initiative but also as part of a team.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite of applications.
  • Understanding of transport logistics industry.
