Job description

You will be required to hand-harvest mushrooms from our growing rooms, ensuring optimal picking rates, punnet and tray weights, mushroom quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and maintaining a high picking rate
• Correct selection and handling of mushrooms from the growing be
• Quality grading of the mushrooms
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene standards in accordance with Company rules and regulations
• Achieve the performance targets during and post probationary period as determined by the company Training Program
