Administration Assistant


Job description

We are recruiting for an Administration Assistant.

Responsibilities

  • Range of services, including corporate services, Employability and Community Inclusion and Living Options facilitated mainly from the site at Balmoral.
  • Facilitate the efficient operation of Cedar Services, mainly at the site but which may also involve work to support services regionally across NI.
  • Duties will include reception, clerical and administrative duties using computer systems, management of visitors to Balmoral and management of resources.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • GCSE Maths and English, Grades A-D or Essential Skills equivalent
  • 6 month’s experience working in an office/ administration or customer service environment
  • Experience of using office computer systems, including Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel and Outlook)
