My client is a well established and highly regarded architectural practice with a strong presence across Northern Ireland. Due to continued growth and a busy project pipeline, they have a significant requirement for experienced Architects / Architectural Technicians to join their Belfast office. This is a great opportunity to join a progressive team with exposure to a varied and interesting project portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Work across a diverse portfolio of projects from concept through to delivery.
• Produce detailed design, technical drawings, and construction information.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Assist in project management, including meeting programme and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with current Building Regulations and industry standards.
• Attend client and design team meetings as required.
• Support delivery of projects within agreed timescales and budgets.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Degree qualified Architect (ARB/RIBA) or Architectural Technician/Technologist.
• Experience working on projects in the UK/Ireland.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven post-qualification experience within a professional architectural practice.

Desirable Skills

• Proficiency in relevant design and CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit or similar).
