Scheme Coordinator
Job description
Scheme Coordinator, Rostrevor initially based at St Bronagh’s 18.5hrs per week This post holder will provide day to day support to the tenants of this Sheltered Living Scheme. The Scheme Coordinator will liaise directly with the tenants, their relatives and Health and Social Services, whilst managing the scheme to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Responsibilities
- The Scheme Coordinator will liaise directly with the tenants, their relatives and Health and Social Services, whilst managing the scheme to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- To respond, record, assist with investigation of disputes between tenants on site in accordance with Choice policies and procedures.
- To maintain tenant information records and advise Emergency call centre of changes and record updates in scheme diary.
- To complete and record checks on emergency call equipment and report any faults to the Services Centre.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- One year’s recent experience providing professional and care/support services.
- Demonstrable IT skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Admin experience - collate and organise records.
Desirable Skills
- ECDL or equivalent; Administration; Qualification in Housing or Support/Care
