Job description
Purpose of the Job: To maintain a clean, tidy, and hygienic environment at all times, mindful that it is the residents' home; thereby respecting the individual's right to privacy, dignity, and independence. All tasks are to be carried out in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner. Job Summary: As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. Training will be provided, and responsibilities will focus on day-to-day cleaning tasks, infection control, and working as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning in rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas; follow hygiene standards; use products safely.
- Work with team; report issues; complete tasks as directed, including dusting, disinfecting, vacuuming, and waste removal.
- Keep areas tidy.

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- No previous experience needed; full training provided.
- Attention to detail required.
- Flexible to work weekends on a rota (one weekend on, one weekend off).
- Must work well in a team, follow instructions, and communicate clearly.
