Job description

Support individuals to live safely and independently at home. The role involves assisting with all activities of adult daily living, including preparing meals, administering or prompting medication, and helping with mobility. We also provide emotional support and companionship, assist with household tasks and support individuals to access their communities, attend appointments and participate in social activities. Our aim is to promote independence, dignity and wellbeing whilst following individual care plans and maintaining safe respectful environments.

Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• 6 months Paid or voluntary experience within the care sector.
• Drivers Licence & access to a car.
