We have a vacancy for an Apprentice Chef to join our professional kitchen team. Responsibilities

• To assist in the smooth running of the kitchen, to help prepare, produce and present food to the agreed standards.
• To help organise the resources within the kitchen
• Support efficient kitchen operations through good organisation, preparation and time management.
• Manage wastage through correct product measurement, portion control and preparation techniques
• Use ingredients, equipment and supplies responsibly to minimise waste and support cost control.
