HR Recruitment Executive
Job description
The Recruitment Executive will provide administrative support to the recruitment function, ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of recruitment activities. This is a busy role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. The postholder will support all aspects of the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, coordinating interviews, liaising with Hiring Managers, maintaining applicant tracking systems, issuing offers, and assisting with onboarding. The role will also involve attending recruitment events and career fairs, representing the organisation and supporting candidate engagement.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all recruitment campaigns are carried out in line with Inspire’s policies, procedures, legislation and relevant codes of practices.
- Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders providing advice and guidance.
- Actively coordinate recruitment processes from advertising roles through to new starter support, delivering recruits in a timely manner.
- Organise and attend recruitment open day and careers fairs.
- Participate when suitable in shortlisting and interview panels ensuring sound candidate management through to appointment.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable as the role may involve working in various locations.
- A full current driving licence and access to a car. Business insurance will be a requirement for this post. Consideration will be given to alternative travelling proposals in respect of applicants with a disability who cannot hold a licence
- A minimum of 12 months administration experience in Recruitment or HR.
- Demonstrable experience of using an Applicant Tracking System/online recruitment platforms or HR information system.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to work on a variety of tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
