Our client, DPMNI LTD a Northern Ireland-based property maintenance company offering cleaning, repair, and facilities management services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties is seeking a Cleaning Operative to join their team. The Cleaning Operative is responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across a range of environments including new-build construction sites, completed properties requiring sparkle cleans and commercial premises.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across a range of environments including new-build construction sites, completed properties requiring sparkle cleans and commercial premises.
• Attention to detail, efficiency and adherence to company health and safety standards to ensure all properties are cleaned to a professional and client-ready standard.
• Will work as part of a team and may be required to travel to various job locations depending on operational requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently within a team.
• Good time management skills.
• Capable of manual work.
• Good communication skills.

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience in builders cleans, sparkle cleans, or commercial cleaning.
• Knowledge of professional cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Construction site cleaning experience.
• CSCS / CSR card (preferred for site work).

Further Information

Work Time: 20 - 40 hours depending on client needs and booked jobs. Various shifts between 8am & 8pm, to be confirmed. This Cleaning Operative position is province wide, Northern Ireland. Candidates will be picked up from designated pick up point and returned to this point after their shift.
