Our Client, JAQ Group / The Essense Vault, a fast-growing fragrance company based just outside Randalstown, is currently seeking reliable and motivated Picker / Packers to join their busy Despatch Team. As a Picker / Packer, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, carefully packed, and prepared for dispatch in a timely manner. This position is essential in maintaining high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders from shelves.
• Prepare orders for packing.
• Pack orders for shipping.
• Ensure work stations are kept tidy whilst on duty.
• Adhere to health and safety policies set out by company.
• Quality checking stock.
• Ensuring appropriate documentation is attached/within orders.
• Process deliveries.
• Liaising with couriers.
• Stock checking.
• General warehouse duties.
• Undertake any other duties as required, that are within the competence of the post.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Must have access to own transport.
