Job description

As Office Administrator, you will report to senior management and provide a high level of administrative support to the office.

Responsibilities

  • Completing administration and data entry tasks
  • You will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls and enquiries
  • Email correspondence and managing Outlook calendars
  • Organising meetings and events when required, making travel arrangements
  • Ordering office supplies.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • As Office Administrator, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite.
  • Confident communicating with people at all levels via verbal and written forms.
