Job description
As Office Administrator, you will report to senior management and provide a high level of administrative support to the office.
Responsibilities
- Completing administration and data entry tasks
- You will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls and enquiries
- Email correspondence and managing Outlook calendars
- Organising meetings and events when required, making travel arrangements
- Ordering office supplies.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- As Office Administrator, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite.
- Confident communicating with people at all levels via verbal and written forms.
