Stepping Stones Pre School centre are seeking a caring & experienced deputy leader.

Responsibilities

• The successful applicant will support the leader in the day to day running of the setting.
• Working closely with leader, to ensure a safe, nurturing & stimulating environment.
• Help plan & implement engaging play based learning, were young children can learn, play and thrive.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Level 5 early years childcare & education or equivalent.
• One years experience working as a deputy leader working in a Pre School setting.
• Good knowledge of the Pre School Curriculum.
• Good computer skills.
• Willingness to complete clearance.

Desirable Skills

• Paediatric First Aid.
• Health & Safety.
• Food Hygiene & Safe Guarding.
