Job description

As a Customer Advisor, you’re the heart of our stores. You'll offer high quality service to customers, complete operational tasks and work to add on sales targets, with a positive engaging personal, always willing to go the extra mile. It does get busy in store, so juggling multiple customers at once is needed. We are looking for friendly, engaging people with a knack for spotting a sale opportunity! We have an 8 hours over 2 day per week contract available, flexing up to 12 hours per week when required by the store, working on a rota basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organised, clean and safe working environment.
• Be involved in stock movements.
• Organise deliveries.
• Support the operations of the store.
• Showcase our ‘feel great footwear’, that feels as great as it looks.

• Sales experience.
