Job description

To lead and manage the Land and Property Acquisitions Team, ensuring the strategic identification, negotiation, and acquisition of land and property to support the Housing Executive’s development objectives. The post-holder will drive delivery of housing supply targets, regeneration projects, and strategic land assembly in line with corporate priorities and statutory obligations and supports Housing Executive business delivery and our vision and values.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Candidates must hold a degree or an equivalent level qualification (Level 6) and must also demonstrate 3 years’ relevant experience.
