THE EMPLOYER IS: APD ARCHITECTS LTD The Office Junior will be responsible for administrative support within the office, including tasks such as scanning, printing, photocopying, and basic word-processing. The role involves learning to use the office telephone system, greeting visitors, and providing basic reception duties and assists with supporting meetings by helping prepare rooms.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
