Client Service Assistant
Job description
THE EMPLOYER IS: CARE FOR CANCER Care for cancer is a charity based in Omagh Town Centre, who provide practical help and support to people who have received a cancer diagnosis. As Client Service Assistant you will carry out administrative duties and act as the face of the charity.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet clients, providing refreshments and showing clients to their appointment.
- Room set-up for various types of classes/courses/meetings.
- Other basic administrative duties/other duties as required.
- Exceptional standard of client care, you will be the warm and welcoming face of the Charity.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer, literacy and numeracy skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and show initiative and work independently.
Desirable Skills
- Access NI check.
- Safeguarding training.
- First aid training.

The Employer is: CARE FOR CANCER JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information - Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. - Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. - Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
