Job description
Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their team based in Belfast.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for business purchasing administration.
- Responsibility for daily MRP administration & processing.
- Proactive management of on time delivery.
- 100% system accuracy with costs, leadtime and delivery dates.
- Minimising invoice queries.
- Sales Administration: Entering Customer Orders onto ERP system Support sales in sourcing customer specific product requirements. Ensure 100% system accuracy with costs, lead time and delivery dates Generation of consolidated weekly invoices.
- Purchasing Administration: Placing ad-hoc purchase orders Chasing Suppliers for delivery dates Manage invoice queries in conjunction with Group Accounts.
- Telephone Reception: Answering & distribution of office telephone calls (shared with team).
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Effective communication to achieve business objectives.
- Strong team working ethic for efficient business operation.
- Advanced level of IT skills (Microsoft Excel).
- Advanced level of ERP System & MRP competence.
- Experience of MRP & inventory management.
Further Information
Must be flexible and provide coverage during holidays and absenteeism, to ensure business continuity. To undertake any task within personal capability as and when required.
