About Us: Curvy Chic Bridal (soon to be Rebecca James Bridal) and Curvy Chic Boutique is Northern Ireland's leading destination for plus size bridal and occasion wear. We believe that every customer deserves a fun, stress free, and confidence boosting shopping experience, and that is where you come in. What You Will Do: This is a multi faceted role where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include: Customer Facing Sales: Assist customers in finding their dream occasion outfit with expert styling advice, no pushy sales tactics here. Stock and E Commerce Support: Manage stock levels, fulfil online orders, and help maintain our digital store. Social Media and Content Creation: Be part of our TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook content, showcasing our stunning collections. Customer Support: Answer queries via phone, social media DMs, and email, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Appointment Management: Schedule fittings and consultations over the phone. Dress Care: Steam and prepare dresses to ensure they are showroom ready. Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Comfortable using technology: Our Digital POS system, social media apps (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), and tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Sales experience is preferred.

Desirable Skills

• Retail experience
• Able to demonstrate a passion for body positivity and helping customers feel their best.
• Organisational skills
