Job description

The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to both clinical and administrative staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Accuracy, organisation, and strong communication skills are crucial. A full job description can be requested from: recruit@ohrd.net.

Responsibilities

  • Clerical and reception duties: answering phones, responding to emails, photocopying, filing, sorting, and distributing paperwork.
  • Schedule clinics and appointments.
  • Organise and maintain medical records.
  • Type, proof-read, and distribute medical reports.
  • Maintain manual and digital filing systems.
  • Assist all staff with general administrative tasks.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • 4 GCSEs including English (grades A-C) or at least 2 years’ recent and consecutive experience in an admin/secretarial role.
  • Proficient typing and document production skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
