Our client is seeking Warehouse Operatives to join their team based in Ballygawley.

Responsibilities

• The Warehouse Operative will be responsible for the checking off/put away of parts within the Goods In function as well as accurate picking and packing of parts.
• You will contribute to departmental OKR’s by accurately checking off and putting away parts into location, while also ensuring a high level of accuracy when picking and packing in a timely manner for customer orders.
• You will also be responsible for reporting any quality issues at the earliest point within the process.
• When needed you may be required to help in other functions within the wider logistics team and will report directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Good organisational skills.
• Capable of working on own initiative.

Desirable Skills

• Trained and experienced on safe operation forklifts, pallet trucks and other warehouse equipment.
• Previous Experience using Barcodes/ handheld scanners devices.
• Previous Experience using an ERP system.
• Previous experience in cycle counting/stock checking.
• Counterbalance or reach licence is desirable but not essential.
