Job description

Capital Machinery Services Ltd require a Marketing, Sales and Office Administrator to provide support in the daily delivery of services. The Marketing, Sales & Office Administrator will play a central role in promoting services, managing client enquiries, supporting sales conversion, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms e.g., Facebook, Instagram, eBay etc.
  • Maintain a consistent online presence to promote services.
  • Respond promptly to social media messages, comments, and online enquiries.
  • Assist in developing promotional campaigns, offers, and announcements.
  • Support email marketing activities (mailshots, newsletters, updates).
  • Maintain online listings on website, eBay etc.
  • Monitor engagement and identify potential leads for follow-up.
  • Assist with marketing for events and new products.
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients/service users.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Maintain an organised enquiry tracking system.
  • Conduct proactive follow-up calls and emails to convert enquiries into bookings or registrations.
  • Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability.
  • Identify opportunities to promote additional services or programmes.
  • Build positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Record outcomes of interactions and maintain accurate client records.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day running of the business.
  • Manage appointment schedules, and calendars.
  • Maintain office systems, records, and filing structures.
  • Ensure office supplies and equipment are stocked and operational.
  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers as required.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining office procedures.
  • Support compliance with organisational policies and data protection requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing administration or marketing support role.
  • Proven experience managing business related website and social media accounts.
  • Experience handling enquiries and conducting follow-up with potential clients.

Further Information

This position is primarily working from home based for the right candidate. Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (pro rata)
