Job description

As a member in our kitchen you need to work well under pressure. Most of the time you will work as part of a team. Someone that is adaptable and confident in a commercial kitchen is best suited to this position. We're on the look-out for a keen and hard working individual for this role.

Responsibilities

• Washing, prepping & cooking of menu items
• Ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards to eliminate cross-contamination
• Operate ovens, ensure proper time/temp of all hot & cold foods

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Be able to maintain clean food and safe preparation
• Demonstrate proper food handling throughout shift

Desirable Skills

• Minimum 1 years experience in a commercial kitchen preferred, but not essential
