THE EMPLOYER IS: BEER HUT BREWING Beer Hut Brewing Co. is an independent craft brewery and taproom committed to producing high - quality, small-batch beers and delivering engaging customer experiences through our taproom, web shop and community events. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Manager to support the continued growth of our wholesale, retail and online sales channels. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast growing brewery environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Promote new beer releases and seasonal products.
• Assist with order processing and customer communications.
• Support web shop promotions and online sales campaigns.
• Attend occasional trade events and beer festivals.
• Monitor sales performance and report on targets.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to speak with customers and businesses.
• Basic IT skills.
• Interest in sales, marketing or business development.

Desirable Skills

• Interest in craft beer or hospitality.
• Previous experience in retail.
• Basic understanding of social media marketing.
• Full driving licence.

The Employer is: BEER HUT BREWING JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information - Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. - Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. - Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
