Job description

Assisting customers with baby products, offering helpful and knowledgeable advice. Maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting store environment. Creating and posting engaging content on our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc).

Responsibilities

• Handling transactions and general day to day shop duties
• Use of social media - promoting products and being in front of the camera
• Helping promote new products, offers, and in-store events online
• Flexible to cover shop hours including working Saturdays

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Experience within the retail sector
• Working independently and part of our team
• Using social media platforms
• Great customer service skills

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience of working in retail or similar role in nursery industry

Please note, from the 1st April 2026, the following new minimum wage rates will apply: 16-17 £8.00, 18-20 £10.85, 21 plus £12.71 per hour.
