Job description

To implement a child-centred and welcoming environment to all children within the setting.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard children
• Report to designated leader.
• Work as part of a team.
• Implement innovative ideas when planning activities.
• To ensure the overall safety and wellbeing of the children is maintained.
• To work in line with a key worker system to ensure each child is observed and individual plans are made to meet all children developmental needs.
• To follow all policies and procedures in line with Minimum Standards.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Level 2 or higher in relevant childcare qualification.

Desirable Skills

• Valid UK Driving licence to travel to training courses.
• Experience working in Early Years.
