Embroidery Operative
Job description
Responsibilities: Setting up machines: You’ll be responsible for setting up embroidery machines, ensuring they are calibrated correctly for each project. Material selection: Select the appropriate thread, fabric, hoops, and designs based on project specifications. Supervising embroidery process: Oversee the embroidery process, ensuring quality and accuracy. Troubleshooting and repair: Read instructional manuals to troubleshoot and repair machines as needed. Maintenance duties: Regularly inspect machines, perform maintenance tasks, and reorder stock when necessary. Order tracking: Keep track of work orders and update records.

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Previous experience as an embroidery machine operator or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
