To be a successful Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. Responsibilities

• Manage a team to deliver customer service and accurate stock processes in an environment which is commercial, operationally efficient, safe and where targets are met
• Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house and running the store when needed
• Supporting, motivating and leading your team
• Demonstrate commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team
• Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times in order to meet business needs

Essential Skills

• Commercial understanding, with the knowledge and ability to create a shopping experience for our customers
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Good communication skills

Work time: Tuesday 10:15am - 6:30pm, Wednesday 9am - 5:15pm, Thursday 9am - 5:15pm Friday 12:45pm - 9pm Saturday 9am - 5:15pm.
