Job description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Website Content Coordinator to manage and optimise product content across our Shopify store. This role plays a key part in ensuring our website is accurate, engaging, and commercially effective, while supporting product launches and email marketing activity.

Responsibilities

• Upload, manage, and maintain product listings within Shopify
• Write and optimise product descriptions for clarity, consistency, and SEO
• Create and manage collections, categories, and product tagging
• Coordinate and execute new product launches on the website
• Assist with the creation and scheduling of email marketing campaigns
• Support promotional campaigns and seasonal updates
• Dealing with telephone and email queries from website customers
• Attend regular website meetings and contribute to the ambitious growth strategy
• Oversee fulfilment of finance applications

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written communication skills
• Good organisational and time management abilities
• Understanding of e-commerce best practices

Desirable Skills

• Experience using Shopify (preferred)
• Knowledge of Golf (advantageous)
