The successful candidates can expect to work 45 hours per week (excluding breaks), five shifts out of seven including weekends. Typical shift patterns include 6am to 4pm, 8am to 6pm and 12pm to 10pm The salary for this full-time position is £30,000 per annum, paid weekly. Responsibilities

  • To assist in the supervision of the kitchen to ensure the Hastings standards of preparation and presentation are maintained.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Must have previous experience at a similar level gained within a high quality catering operation Must have NVQ level 2 or the equivalent in Food Preparation and Cooking and hold a recognised current Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Right to Work in the United Kingdom.

Desirable Skills

  • Educated to GCSE Standard or the equivalent including English and Maths.
