At Clanmil, our tenants and residents are at the heart of what we do, and we want to provide more great homes for families that need them. There is a real opportunity for the right people to provide a range of care and support services to our residents, including assisting with the preparation and serving of meals and general housekeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with individual care needs.
• Assist in the serving/preparation of meals.
• Assist in the formulation of care/support plans and amend as required.
• Spend time with our residents and complete key worker reports as required.
• Be flexible and provide effective cover for other care staff in their absence ensuring our 24hr care and support for our residents. This could include night duty.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Work as part of a team including the ability to work flexible work patterns which will include night and weekend cover.
• Previous experience of caring for the elderly.
