Customer Services Agent


Job description

You will be handling inbound calls from customers. These calls will mostly involve placing bets for customers on their accounts or answering questions they may have.

Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound calls and placing bets.
  • Answering questions customers may have.
  • Resolve complaints or escalate if appropriate.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to input data quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.

Further Information

Annual bonus paid in December. Work time - We are open 7 days a week. 10am-9:30pm Monday-Friday, 9am-9:30pm Saturday. 10am-6pm Sunday. We offer a variety of shifts but candidates must be available to work at weekends. Please note, from the 1st April 2026, the following new minimum wage rates will apply: 16-17 £8.00, 18-20 £10.85, 21 plus £12.71 per hour.
