- Prepare and cook food to a high standard.
- Manage food stock, rotation and storage.
- Meet all health and hygiene requirements.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Previous experience in a similar cooking role.
- Excellent teamwork and ability to lead the kitchen when required.
Desirable Skills
- Food Hygiene certificate.
- Knowledge of dietary requirements and allergens.
