Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food to a high standard.
  • Manage food stock, rotation and storage.
  • Meet all health and hygiene requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Previous experience in a similar cooking role.
  • Excellent teamwork and ability to lead the kitchen when required.

Desirable Skills

  • Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Knowledge of dietary requirements and allergens.
