Job Title: Cgef (All Levels) Location: Downpatrick, Co. Down Job Type: Full-time (Evenings & Weekends required) About the Role: We are looking for chefs at all levels to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced bar & restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Support daily kitchen operations, prepare food to high standards.
• Prepare and cook food to a high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
• Follow food safety procedures.
• Work as part of a team during service.
• Assist with stock and prep, work efficiently during busy service.
• Support the team and ensure smooth running of the kitchen.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn, and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Desirable Skills

• BBQ experience (training provided on offset smoker).
