Slaughter Operative
Job description

Responsibilities
- Work to guidelines for hygienic slaughter, dressing and evisceration of animals.
- Maintain proper knowledge and use of slaughter equipment, including knives.
- Working on a production line.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Must be willing to do heavy lifting.
- Previous experience desirable but not essential.
- Training will be provided.
