Our client, suppliers of beef and lamb for wholesale and retail across Northern Ireland and the UK are seeking a Hygiene manager to join their team, based in Crumlin.

Responsibilities

• Manage and work alongside a team of 3 Hygiene Operatives
• Oversee chemical use, safety and cleaning procedures
• Ensure all areas are cleaned to a high audit ready standard
• Maintain records and support a safe working environment

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Strong leadership and communication
• A proactive hands on attitude

Desirable Skills

• Experience in food production or hygiene (preferred)
