As a Production Operative (Sub-Assembly), you’ll play a vital role in the production process, supporting the sub-assembly line with a range of mechanical tasks. Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow engineering drawings and instructions
• Fit mechanical and hydraulic components using manual and power tools
• Safely handle and move production parts
• Work to daily production targets on the assembly line
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in a similar manufacturing or mechanical assembly role
• Confidence using power tools and reading technical drawings
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail skills
• Flexible and adaptable to meet changing priorities

Desirable Skills

• Experience in mechanical fitting and/or hydraulics (desirable)
