We are seeking a Sales Advisor to join our flagship Belfast store. This role is centred around delivering an exceptional in-store experience, building strong relationships with customers, and providing expert guidance in premium footwear. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in helping customers find the perfect fit, both in style and comfort, while maintaining the high standards associated with the Robinson’s brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through personalised, one-to-one sales
• Assisting customers with shoe selection and professional fitting advice
• Build rapport and long-term relationships with customers
• Process sales efficiently and accurately
• Manage and maintain stock, including replenishment and organisation
• Answer telephone enquiries and assist with customer queries
• Support general store presentation, ensuring a clean, organised, and premium retail environment

Essential Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A keen eye for detail and presentation
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Skills
