Finance Administrator
Job description
We are currently recruiting Finance administrator on behalf of our client, Terumo, based in Larne. Posting purchase invoices on the computer system, matching these with receivers and ensuring that these have been approved. Full training will be provided on site.
Responsibilities
- Posting purchase invoices on the computer system, matching these with receivers and ensuring that these have been approved.
- Liaising with department heads over queries with purchase orders and invoices.
- Processing of expenses.
- Overflow switchboard and reception for the Harbour Facility.
- General office duties (i.e. scanning, photocopying, filing etc).
- Any other duties as may be reasonably required by your Manager from time to time.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Minimum of a year’s administration experience gained within a Finance / Payroll office environment.
- Computer data entry, familiarity with computerised accounting systems.
- Proficient in MS Office suite of applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure. To work to strict deadlines. To work on own initiative.
- Able to work additional hours as and when required.
