Job description

As HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team, providing assistance across all areas of HR within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Providing support in relation to recruitment activities.
  • Preparing HR reports and maintaining data within HR systems.
  • You will be a point of contact for employee enquiries providing professional and timely responses.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • You will have previous experience in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good IT skills, including the use of Microsoft suite.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
