HR Administrator
Job description
As HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team, providing assistance across all areas of HR within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the HR team.
- Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Providing support in relation to recruitment activities.
- Preparing HR reports and maintaining data within HR systems.
- You will be a point of contact for employee enquiries providing professional and timely responses.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- You will have previous experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, including the use of Microsoft suite.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
