Due to Company expansion, we are recruiting for a Production Supervisor/Team Leader within our Energi Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for switchgear manufacturing related activities, staff supervision, managing resources, enforcing safety standards and collaborating with other departments such as Engineering, Scheduling, procurement and Logistics. Responsibilities

• Supervising production staff, assigning roles and monitoring staff performance.
• Overseeing the manufacturing and production processes of LV & MV Switchgear, while striving to reduce expenses and increase productivity.
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Training and guiding on operation procedures and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in production/operations supervision, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong Leadership and team management abilities.
• Good knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety practices.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines.
• Work to exceptionally high standards.
• Working as part of a team.
