Company: Aspen Eco Power About the Role: Aspen Eco Power is seeking a full-time Marketing Planner to join our customer service team. This individual will be the first point of contact for inbound leads, calling customers to inform them about our range of services. The role will involve advising customers on the best solutions to meet their needs and coordinating with our sales team to arrange customer meetings.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer leads promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about Aspen Eco Power’s services and advise customers on suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with the sales team to arrange meetings and ensure smooth follow-up with customers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Support the marketing team with any relevant tasks as required.
• Update CAFM Portal

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Preferably have at least 2 year's experience in a busy office environment - ideally in the construction industry
• Strong IT skills with a desire to expand on these skills specialising in the construction / renewable energy sector.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to effectively manage jobs in several areas of Ireland & UK . Awareness of financial cost control on jobs.
• High level of communication required - ability to communicate effectively to all stakeholders in the business.
