This award winning architectural practice based in Belfast, deliver a diverse portfolio of high quality projects across Ireland, both North and South. They are seeking a talented and motivated Chartered Architect with a minimum of 4 years’ post qualification experience to join their growing team. Responsibilities

  • Work across a diverse portfolio of projects from concept through to delivery.
  • Produce detailed design, technical drawings, and construction information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.
  • Attend client and design team meetings as required.
  • Lead projects from initial client brief and concept design through to completion Liaise directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and develop design proposals, technical drawings, and specifications Manage planning applications, building regulations, and statutory approvals.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across a variety of sectors.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Degree qualified Architect (ARB/RIBA).
  • Experience working on projects in the UK/Ireland.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven post-qualification experience within a professional architectural practice.

Desirable Skills

  • Proficiency in relevant design and CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit or similar).
  • Experience working as Architectural Technician or Technologist.
  • BIM experience.
