Are you looking for part time permanent work and available to commit to every Saturday plus 1 other day through the week? If so this could be the opportunity for you! We are seeking a reliable and mature Customer Service’s Assistant to join this established team. The business supply whole sale food brands, both frozen and chilled to butchers, supermarkets and local stores in Derry and Donegal. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a customer facing environment and is comfortable handling a variety of tasks. Although the primary working days are Saturday plus 1 other day.there may be opportunities to learn additional roles or provide cover when other team members are absent.

Responsibilities

• Serving customers.
• Packing food products to company standards.
• Handling cash and credit cards.
• Keeping the retail shop clean, tidy and well-presented.
• Providing friendly and helpful customer service, Supporting general shop operations as needed
• Operating and balancing the till accurately.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Computer literacy skills
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow procedures.

Desirable Skills

• Previous retail or food service experience is beneficial.
