Job description

Involves cooking on location and preparing menus for film cast and crew along with all dietary requirements. Vegetarian and chicken dishes are particularly relevant. Junior Chefs and Kitchen Assistant who will assist the lead Chef.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the menus for upcoming film and TV productions.
• Cooking on location for film cast and crew along with all dietary requirements.
• To manage a mobile kitchen.
• To control the complete mobile cooking operations.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Must have all the kitchen skills.
• Able to work under pressure as service times are very important because you might only have 30 minutes to serve 100 people.
• Driving licence essential.
• High end cooking for large numbers.
