Ability to cook and present food to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food to the highest standards.
- Order stock and deal with suppliers.
- Ensure all hygiene records are completely daily.
- Oversee the cleaning of the kitchen and delegate cleaning duties to KP.
- Revise menus as and when required.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Experience of working in a busy kitchen and work under pressure to get orders out quickly.
Desirable Skills
- Ability to manage stock levels
