Ability to cook and present food to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards.
  • Order stock and deal with suppliers.
  • Ensure all hygiene records are completely daily.
  • Oversee the cleaning of the kitchen and delegate cleaning duties to KP.
  • Revise menus as and when required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Experience of working in a busy kitchen and work under pressure to get orders out quickly.

Desirable Skills

  • Ability to manage stock levels
