Office Administrator
Job description
As Office Administrator, you will report to senior management and provide a high level of administrative support to the office.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls and enquiries, email correspondence, managing Outlook calendars, organising meetings and events when required.
- Making travel arrangements, ordering office supplies, completing administration and data entry tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- As Office Administrator, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role. You will be proficient in Microsoft suite and confident communicating with people at all levels via verbal and written forms.
